Each applicant must complete the online application. In order for the application to be completed, the following must also be provided. 

• A $100 non-refundable application fee
• Birth Certificate
• Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
• Immunization Records
• Report Cards and
• Testing Scores (1st-8th)

Once the above information has been received and is processed by SECS, each prospective student will be required to take a school-administered assessment. If admission is granted, parents will receive instructions on how to complete the enrollment packet and submit a $250 non-refundable registration fee.  Once the enrollment packet is reviewed, parents will receive a letter from the school stating the child’s provisional or probational acceptance to SECS.
 
Acceptance of students is determined by priority. The order of priority is:   

1. Currently enrolled students
2. Siblings of currently enrolled students
3. Children of families registered in St. Edward Catholic parish
4. Children of families registered in any Catholic parish
5. Children of non-Catholic families who actively support the school's mission and philosophy statement.
